TipSee emulates the feeling of reading braille by sequentially stimulating the characters under the reader's finger. It is an inexpensive, fashionable , and fingertip-sized solution.
Users can access both visual text, as well as digital content from their smartphones. It propagates braille use and grants users independence through real-time translation.
